Description

Located in one of the most picturesque valleys in California, Green Valley Country Club provides unmatched country club facilities in a breathtaking setting. Once the world' largest cherry orchard, Green Valley Country Club was conceived in 1949 with the purchase of the 528 acre Jones Ranch from the fourth generation of the Jones family. Now the area is populated by herds of deer and flocks of wild turkeys not to mention the crows, woodpeckers, squirrels, and jack rabbits. Overall, this short, but narrow tree-lined classic course with small, tricky, fast greens is enjoyable day in and day out. Approaches from the well-conditioned fairways to the green should be played just short of the holes to ensure uphill putts. It is a pleasure to play everyday or once in a while.
