Tournament Club of Iowa promises to be a premier residential community as well as golf venue of national prominence. It combines the development know-how of two prominent Midwestern firms - Knapp Properties Inc. (KPI) of West Des Moines and Enebak Construction of the Twin Cities and it's golf affiliate, Tradition Development.

Working together, Knapp and Enebak have created a vision for a residential golf community that appeals to growing families as well as empty nesters and career-minded up and comers. Home sites are being developed in a wide range of shapes and sizes - from executive lots to town homes. You can have a view of the fairway or build in the seclusion of a scenic timbered lot.

The Tournament Club of Iowa is an Arnold Palmer Signature Course. It has had numerous prestigious designations such as Golf Digest's 2004 America's Best new Courses and Golf Inc.'s 2004 Development of the year. The course is challenging, yet appealing to a wide cross-section of golfers. The course winds through hills, dramatic bluffs and timberland surrounding beautiful Big Creek and two major lakes. TCI includes Central Iowa’s newest and most exciting residential golf community
