Fiddler’s Creek is a private, master-planned community spanning nearly 4,000 acres in Naples, Florida and offering a wide variety of luxury residences in a lush tropical setting including coach homes, single family homes and custom estate homes.

Committed to preserving the environment, Fiddler’s Creek is being planned to accommodate and enhance the natural beauty of the Florida environment. Less than one-third of Fiddler’s Creek will be developed for residential use, while the remainder of the land is dedicated primarily to nature reserves, lakes, parks, golf courses and recreational areas.

Fiddler’s Creek also provides abundant opportunities for socializing, exercise and entertainment. As members of The Club & Spa at Fiddler’s Creek, homeowners have privileged access to a 54,000 square foot resort-style clubhouse with fitness and tennis facilities, spa services, a multi-pool complex and casual and formal dining venues.

In addition to The Golf Club, Fiddler's Creek offers membership into The Tarpon Club with a calendar of social activities, an on-site dedicated concierge as well as spa, meeting room, beach and dining privileges at The Beach Pavilion at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort, located on nearby Marco Island. Planned facilities and services available at The Tarpon Club Marina include a full-service marina with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, wet slip* and dry boat storage, a ship's store and a casual and fine dining restaurant providing panoramic views of Johnson Bay.

*All wet slips within the Tarpon Club Marina are available for rental to the general public on a first-come, first-served basis.
