Cress Creek offers several membership options for individuals and families. You
can choose a plan tailored to your specific needs and budget, all while enjoying
the added social benefits of belonging to Cress Creek.
House: Unlimited use of the clubhouse facilities without charge.
Daily fees for use of golf (3 day advance tee time reservation), tennis, and pool
facilities. Supplemental annual fee for unlimited use of golf (7 day advance tee
time reservation), tennis, and/or pool. *** See supplemental rates below.
Full Privilege: Unlimited use of the clubhouse, golf and pool facilities
without payment of green fees or pool fees. Unlimited summer season usage of tennis
facilities without payment of court fees. Seven day in advance reservations for
golf and tennis.
Non–Resident: Must live outside a 50–mile radius of Cress Creek.
Food minimum does not apply. Three day in advance reservation for golf and tennis.

Junior: Initiation Deposit $500 until 31 years old may be applied
to any membership category.

Tennis/Fitness: Add $18.00 per month to House monthly dues per adult.
Entitles member to unlimited summer use of tennis facility (June 1-September 30)
and year round use of the fitness center. Example: Family, Multi-Tennis = $116 per
month
Swimming Pool: Add $32 per month to House membership per adult.
Entitles member to unlimited use of the swimming pool. Example: Family, 2 Swim =
$142 per month
Golf: Add $84.00 per month to House membership dues per adult. Add
$1000 per golfer to Initial Fee. Entitles member to unlimited year round use of
golf course facilities without payment of green fees or range fees. Seven day advance
tee time reservation allowed. Example: Family One Golfer = $3000 Initial fee, $164

Food Minimum: A food and beverage minimum purchase requirement of
$20.00 per Single Member and $40.00 per Family Membership shall be assessed each
month on the member´s birthday. The Food Minimum is invoiced to the member as of
his or her anniversary date and shown on the next monthly statement. Example: John
and Mary Doe have a Full Privilege Family Membership. John signed the application
form with his birthday shown as 12/28/46. From 3/29/06 to 4/28/06, the Doe´s food
and non-alcoholic beverage purchases totaled $24.50. On April 28, 2006, a food minimum
of $15.50 is assessed to their account. On May 1, 2006, the Doe´s receive their
Montly Statement of Account on which the $15.50 line item invoice appears and becomes
part of the Total balance due.
