All Fees and Dues subject to current sales tax.

*Junior Memberships are available by paying dues one year in advance without incurring the initiation fee.

**Each additional corporate membership will decrease the initiation fee by $500.00 or $250.00, up to the 5th membership, respectfully. This fee will remain the same, as long as, all 5 memberships remain active. A transfer Fee of $500.00 applies to corporate memberships. 

Regular Member

A regular member is one who owns or maintains a primary residence in Garland County in the State of Arkansas. The member shall indicate on the application for membership the name in which the membership should be held. A regular member is entitled to full privileges of all facilities offered by the club. A regular member shall have voting rights. A regular member and spouse shall be eligible to serve on the club's Board of Directors.

Junior Member

A junior member is one who is twenty-one (21) years of age and who is less than thirty (30) years of age. A junior member shall be entitled to full privileges of all facilities offered by the Club. A junior member shall have no voting rights and shall not be eligible to serve on the Club's Board of Directors. A junior member shall be notified in writing sixty (60) days prior to his or her 30th birthday of his or her option to upgrade to a regular member or to resign from the membership. The junior member shall be automatically upgraded to a regular member and the member shall be billed the increased dues for a regular member.

Social Member

A social member is one whose privileges are limited to the Clubhouse & swimming pool facilities of the Club. A social member shall have no privileges in connection with the use of the golf and tennis facilities of the club, other than the privileges, if any, that may be utilized by a non-member of the Club. A social member shall have no voting rights and shall not be eligible to serve on the Club's Board of Directors.

Non-Resident Member

A non-resident member is one who does not own or maintain a primary residence in Garland County in the State of Arkansas. Eligibility for non-resident member status will be determined at the sole discretion of the club's Board of Directors. A non-resident member is entitled to full privileges of all facilities offered by the club. A non-resident member shall have no voting rights and shall not be eligible to serve on the club's Board of Directors.

Corporate Resident Member

A corporate resident member is one who owns or maintains a primary residence in the county of Garland in the State of Arkansas. The corporation shall indicate on the application for membership the name in which the membership should be held. A corporate resident member is entitled to full privileges of all facilities offered by the club. A corporate resident member shall have voting rights. A corporate resident member and spouse shall be eligible to serve on the club's Board of Directors.

Corporate Non-Resident Member

A corporate non-resident member is one who does not own or maintain a primary residence in the county of Garland in the State of Arkansas. Eligibility for corporate non-resident member status will be determined at the sole discretion of the club's Board of Directors. A corporate non-resident member is entitled to full privileges of all facilities offered by the club. A corporate non-resident member shall have no voting rights and shall not be eligible to serve on the club's Board of Directors.
