Single $10,000 group initiation fee.
No minimum or maximum number of new members may join under this single initiation fee.
Group must accumulate and pay initiation fee in a single combined check.
All new members must join and pay initial month’s dues within a 60 day period.
New members can be Regular, Junior or Social. Normal dues structure applies.
To be eligible under this program, members must sign a 12-month commintment contact and an agreement authorizing monthly automatic bank draft payment (ACH) of all monthly balances.
All new members are subject to Board of Directors approval. This program is intended to be an ongoing membership program subject to future board action regarding Club member capacity restrictions.
Regular Monthly Dues: $325.00
Capital Improvements Program: $25.00 a month
Junior Regular Monthly Dues: $247.00
Capital Improvements Program: $25.00 a month
Social Monthly Dues: $167.00

An annual food minimum of $480.00 has been established for all membership classifications.
Capital Improvements Program will provide a regular source of income EXCLUSIVELY
for capital projects.

Unlimited memberships in any membership class.
Must be actual business organization, non profit association or other formally recognized group that is capable of contracting for this plan.
Individual employees can apply for membership at any time during the year. Board of Directors must approve all new members and normal dues structure will apply.
Employee member can only resign membership on June 30 of each year. Sponsoring Business Group will be responsible through June 30 for dues of all members in the event of early withdrawal and non payment.
Business Group Dining privileges will be extended to other designated employees of the Corporation (dining only). Hillcrest Country Club will provide Dining Cards for this purpose. All food service using this dining privilege by designated non-members will require credit card use without credit card fee added. Sponsoring Business Group will be responsible for communicating Club dining rules to designated employees.
Board of Directors reserves the right to limit added members under this program if it at any time adopts overall Club membership capacity restrictions. This program is intended to be a permanent addition to Hillcrest Country Club membership programs.

Junior Social Membership (Family, Swimming and Tennis). Junior Social Members and their spouses have the same rights, privileges and responsibilities to the Club facilities as a Social Member, except for the use of the golfing facilities. Junior Social Memberships shall be open to anyone over the age of majority who has not yet reached their 35th birthday. During the month that the first Junior Member or Spouse turn 35 years of age, the Junior Social Membership shall automatically convert to a Regular Social Membership and said Member shall have all the rights, privileges and responsibilities of a Regular Social Member without payment of additional initiation fees. The initiation fee and dues for any Junior Social Member may be set from time to time by the Board of Directors as it deems appropriate.
