There are two types of memberships at Belfair. Both include full privileges to all our amenities and services. Property Owner - Every home and homesite within Belfair includes a Belfair family membership and transfers with the sale or resale of the property. Non-Property Owner - There are a limited number of club equity memberships. The club maintains a list of memberships that are listed for sale. Negotiations dealing with the transfer of the membership are at the discretion of both parties. Since Belfair members are located all around the world, our membership services department manages communication to keep everyone informed of scheduled events and activities. It publishes annual and monthly calendars, monthly newsletters, directories and e-mails, and a members-only Internet site.
